SCA Scroll Art

These are the scrolls and projects I’ve made for Østgarðr and the East Kingdom. They showcase the (arguably way too) many styles, time periods, and techniques I have explored and researched.

The a/ for “after” in some captions is if there was a particular piece of art I based the piece off of, but most of these are amalgamations of pieces from similar places/styles I’ve seen, plus a little artistic license.

They are arranged in chronological order.

We are a group of history nerds who like to study ancient arts and culture skills from before the 1600s. We like to give each other awards and recognition, so we make pieces of art called “scrolls” according to the recipient’s favorite time/place/style.
